U.S. Health Care: What's Next? to be featured
topic at Democrats' July 25 Meeting
What happens with
health care reform now that the Supreme Court has ruled on the Affordable Health
Care Act? This timely topic, important to anyone concerned about the future of
their own health care, will be addressed by Timothy S. Jost, health law expert,
at the July 25 meeting of the Rockbridge County Democratic Committee.
S. Jost, J.D. , is Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University School of
Law and a coauthor of the case book, Health Law, now in its sixth edition
and widely used throughout the United States in teaching health law. Mr. Jost
has written numerous monographs on legal issues in health care reform for
national organizations and blogs regularly for Health Affairs on regulatory
issues. He is a consumer representative to the National Association of Insurance
